塩の選び方・天然塩と精製塩
減塩するより【天然塩】でミネラルをバランス良く摂ろう
塩を買いに行こうとスーパーにいったら、すごい種類の塩が売ってますよね。減塩と書いてるもの、○○の塩、どれを選んでいいのか分からないという相談をよく受けます。
料理をしたり、食卓に並ぶ塩。おにぎり、フライドポテト、天ぷら・・・どれも塩をかけて食べるとより美味しくなりますよね。

しらべてみると医師の「石原結實」さんの本をはじめとして「塩不足こそ病気の原因」であるという主張が実はとても数多く存在していることがわかったのです。
塩不足でおきる問題
それらに書いてあることは、塩不足では様々な問題が起きるということでした。
それをまとめると
塩不足では
- 力が出ない。
- 筋肉が力を発揮できない。
- 気力がなくなる。
こんな現象がおきてきます。
それはなぜなのか？
その答えは、こうです。
塩化ナトリウムはそもそも細胞の活動、神経の伝達に大きく関わっていているものです。
つまり塩化ナトリウムがなくなると神経、細胞が働かなくなるわけです。
細胞の活動こそが、身体の活動なのです。
なので塩（塩化ナトリウム）は生命活動の源として存在価値があるわけです。
というわけで塩は不足しては絶対いけないのです。
とはいえ、日々食するものとして、塩の質 を考える必要があります。
精製塩と天然塩の違いは・・・
精製塩・・・化学処理された塩
天然塩・・・昔ながらの製法で作られた塩
お日様たっぷり浴びた天然塩は、むしろ積極的に摂取すべきなのです。。

自然塩とは、学術用語ではないため、明確な定義はないが、一般的には
★にがりが多い塩
★湿った塩
★加熱処理されていない塩
★岩塩など自然に結晶化された塩
★塩田で作った塩
などを指すことが多く、こういった塩を自然塩と称されている。
