Some heterosexual men, in a two-male-one-female threesome, will avoid the sexual position "DP sandwich" because there is a wonderful chance that one guy's dangling and swinging balls will rub against the the other guy's balls, creating gay pleasure and thus making the sex gay. The woman, to help the guys overcome their gay fears so that she can receive what she wants, will encourage them by saying that the sex would only be gay if their balls touched.

The catchphrase “It&#;s Not Gay If He’s Dead” comes from a short drabble of a “Danny Phantom” fan fiction tale intended as comedy.
The story has Danny (the protagonist of the show) confronted with the hilarious fact that every in the schoolhouse- even his tormentors -has a huge crush (or man-crush for the men!) for Danny’s alternate, superhero form, Danny Phantom.
When one of Danny’s fellow tormentors confronts his fellow bully and calls him out on his increasingly fixated man crush on the ghost version of Danny, the lad snaps back a quick, feeble response that put its broke author in infamy.

In other words, Danny has to endure the very men who impair and mock him day by day espousing their man-crush on his ghostly alter ego! Fantasize the irony!
