Looking for two TF stories (gay male)

Hi, I'm looking for two transformation stories with a gay male theme. I read both of these a year or two ago.
The first one had a organization of young men (maybe five?) entering an abandoned home at night. The place had been a funhouse (?) before and there were all kinds of show business equipment laying around. Two characters tried one of those place your confront stand ins and they were transformed into muscle hunks. One guy became a stripper twink who had to be naked all the time. One guy I assume got transformed into an adult child (couldn't walk or talk properly etc). The group got out eventually and there was an epilogue about how they coped with their changes.
The second story had a guy who was able to convert people and his powers started to get out of hand. In one of the transformations there were two guys and one of them got turned into a neanderthal. The other transformation had two blue collar workers who were representative masculine bros, then one of them got changed into a small twink while not losing hi

Also, if you don't brain searching and haven't heard of it, gayspiralstories (".com") has some decent stories. Try searching wife/girlfriend on there, it should haul up some stories you might like.
