Pride Alliance
Empowering LGBTQ+ employees and allies to be their authentic selves
Pride Alliance's Mission
Pride Alliance provides a welcoming community for employees who identify as lesbian, gay, bi, transgender, and/or queer, as good as our allies. The mission of Pride Alliance is to:
- Promote an inclusive and productive work environment
- Build a sense of community
- Create a work culture where diversity is celebrated, and people are empowered to contribute innovative ideas to support Gilead’s objectives

Having an employee resource group that represents LGBTQIA+ employees gives us a seat at the table to have conversations about workplace equality and equity. Not that long ago, it was brave to declare your presence as a member of the queer community because there was a good chance it could impact your career. Now, I see Gilead employees walking in the San Francisco Self-acceptance Parad
