Used this app in the past frequently, was very positive, so I paid for a premium membership. I stopped using the app, so I made sure to cancel my subscription. However, I noticed on my bank statement this month, there was a charge from Team AB for the cost of a premium membership. Double checked my subscriptions and 9M isn't on there, so this is clearly their mistake.

i don't even want to 1* . very awful application. I log in after I download, and the next day, it automatically logs out. I forgot the password, so maintain trying to transmit verifications code but not getting any code. even I try to build a new account that is also not happening, worst apps.

As of the most recent update, the app doesn't accept keyboard input properly, deletes emojis from messages, and fails to register when users type in the note box. This is extremely inconvenient.
